2026 Bloom Fund Recipient

Javista Coffee in West Hollywood, CA, was awarded a Bloom grant to maintain and strengthen its Green Business Certification through the California Green Business Network. When the City of West Hollywood launched its Green Business Program in June 2024, Javista Coffee WeHo was the first business to apply and among the first businesses in the cohort to be certified. They achieved Full Certified Level status—exceeding Entry Level requirements—by completing a comprehensive set of environmental, operational, and community-based measures.

Bloom Fund

Counter Culture Coffee collects $0.01 from every pound of coffee sold to fund our Bloom program. Annually, $1 per pound of our spring coffee blend, Perennial, goes to further increase our contribution. Bloom provides grants to support sustainability initiatives at Counter Culture Coffee partner cafes. Rooted in the belief that everyone’s path toward sustainability looks a little different, this program supports projects of all shapes and sizes that our partners identify as impactful.
